Tetyana Ignatenko has almost 19 years of experience in dispute resolution practice. Tetyana represents the interests of legal entities and individuals both in national courts and the European Court of Human Rights, as well as in the international commercial arbitrations in the CIS.
Tetyana Ignatenko specializes in issues of economic, banking, civil, labor and family law. She also provides legal assistance to businesses in criminal proceedings. Moreover, Tetyana acts as a mediator in resolving conflicts.
Tetyana’s industry focus is the transport, real estate, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. She regularly advises Stevedoring Company Nikmorservice Nikolayev, Altbank, Ukrsotsbank, Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Plant, Blitz-Inform and others.
Mrs. Ignatenko is one of the few legal practitioners on the market who apply the case law of the European Court of Human Rights in their dispute resolution practice. Tetyana began her career at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Ukrainian Representative Office with the ECHR, and so has deep insight into the workings of the Council of Europe and the ECHR.
