Olena Volyanska is one of the firm’s most active and experienced advisors. With more than 20 years of practical experience in legal advisory, Olena specializes in Banking & Finance (having worked as an in-house counsel in a bank), Restructuring & Insolvency and Commercial disputes.
Olena has a unique track record of representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, having advised both lenders and borrowers. She also specializes in tax disputes, antitrust and competition matters.
Her industry focus is on energy, banking, agribusiness, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. She regularly advises Alfa-Bank, Ukrsotsbank, BTA Bank, TAS Group, Universal Bank, AVK Confectionary, Allianz Ukraine, Ovostar Union, MRIYA Agro Holding and others.
In 2017 she was elected executive director of the non-governmental organisation Ukrainian Association of Insolvency Practitioners.
