Yulia Atamanova has almost 20 years of experience. She specializes in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, international arbitration, corporate and commercial law. Her litigation practice focuses on representing clients in Banking & Finance, Retail, Real Estate and other sectors.
Ph.D Yulia Atamanova also adjudges cases as an arbitrator of ICAC Ukraine. She has been on the list of arbitrators at the Financial Restructuring Committee since 2017.
She has represented one of the largest Ukrainian retailers in complex litigation disputes, involving 50+ simultaneous lawsuits brought by a client against creditor banks. She also represents Ukrainian state agency’s interests in an international arbitration dispute at the ICC Paris. Her clients include TNT Express, Yuria-Pharm, Ukrsotsbank, Alfa-Bank, Prominvestbank, Ukravtodor and others.
