INTEGRITES protected interests of EuroСape Ukraine, one of the leading renewable energy producers, in a tax dispute against the Head Office of the State Tax Service. The firm’s lawyers succeeded to resolve the dispute at the pre-trial stage.

The background of the case includes the resolution issued by the tax authority to recognize certain business transactions of the client on the purchase of services allegedly fictitious.

The defence strategy developed by lawyers resulted in the cancellation of the UAH 4,2 million tax assessment notices at the pre-trial stage.

The team working on the case included partner and head of tax and customs Viktoriya Fomenko, senior associate Kostiantyn Kharchenko, and junior associate Vitalii Labadin.
