Evris law firm has completed financial restructuring for PJSC Alfa-Bank

Evris law firm has completed the project on provision of legal support for PJSC Alfa-Bank in the process of financial restructuring of nearly USD 100 million debt. The project is the largest in terms of debt volume, which has been restructured, among all procedures carried out in accordance with the new Law of Ukraine On Financial Restructuring.

Evris team responsible for the project consisted of Kateryna Breduliak, associate, Banking and Finance practice, and Sergii Papernyk, head of Banking and Finance practice.
