CMS advised on sale of one of Kyiv’s largest shopping malls

CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang in Kyiv has advised leading international real estate investment fund, Meyer Bergman, on the Ukrainian and English law aspects of its sale of the Aladdin Shopping Mall in Kyiv, one of the biggest and most popular malls in Ukraine.
