AVELLUM – legal counsel to UFUTURE

AVELLUM acted as the legal counsel to UFUTURE on obtaining a merger control clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the partial sale of its stake in LvivTech.City.

LvivTech.City is an innovation park in Lviv that will offer a comprehensive ecosystem of Class A office premises, co-working spaces, laboratories and conference rooms occupying the area of a former industrial zone.
